Burgess Hill water leak: reports of burst pipe in construction area as hosepipe ban hits district
There were reports of a burst pipe in Burgess Hill on Friday, August 12, as the South East Water hosepipe ban hit the Mid Sussex District.

Photographer Steve Robards spotted water running down Park Road from a cordoned off construction area on London Road (B2036).
There were several other water leaks reported last week across the district with residents voicing their frustration that they had been told to restrict their water use.
South East Water have been approached for comment.
