Readers' pictures show snow in Worthing, with some building mini snowmen

After a day of snow in Worthing – the first of 2024 – readers sent in their pictures of the fun they had, building snowmen and enjoying the carpet of white.

Schoolchildren had snowball fights on their way home and some made snow angels in Victoria Park.

Thicker snow in the afternoon on Monday, January 8, followed a morning flurry that settled but cleared quickly.
