Wednesday: schools close as snow returns

After two days of thaw, overnight snow has closed some of Bexhill's schools again.

For the primary's, All Saints CE Primary, Chantry Community Primary, Pebsham Community Primary and St Mary Magdalene's Catholic Primary are all open.

King Offa Primary is open from 9.30am for those who can make it in.

Little Common Primary, Ninfield CofE Primary and St Peter and St Paul CofE Primary are all opening from 10am, though there will be no walking buses for Little Common Primary.

Sidley Community Primary is closed, though they expect to open tomorrow.

Charters Ancaster Prep School and Nursery are both open as usual.

Bexhill High Down Road site is open, but the Gunters Lane site closes again. Staff are asked to make their way to the Down Road site.

Bexhill College is open only for exam students, and Glyne Gap School is closed.

St Richard's Catholic College is open, but no Hastings Renown buses are running to the college.

Southern and Southeastern rail services are both disrupted, along the Brighton-Ashford route as well as the London Victoria and Charing Cross routes.
