Well-being '˜MoT' in Arun this month

IF your body had a well-being MOT, what would it tell you?

That is the question that will be answered at an event designed to tell people how healthy they are in Arundel next week.

Arun well-being advisers will be holding a free well-being drop-in session at the Norfolk Arms Hotel on November 25. The ‘MOT’ is a quick way to find out how people’s bodies are feeling and will provide information on current well-being.

It takes around 20 minutes to complete the assessment, which will not only weigh people, but also reveal muscle

mass, bone mass, hydration levels and give a ‘metabolic age’ – that is, how old the body thinks it is.

Those taking part will have the chance to talk through results, confidentially. The session is being held from 2pm to 8pm. No appointment is necessary.
