Sue, who also plays the outrageous Great Aunt Loretta in the CBeebie's series Grandpa In My Pocket, agreed to help The Transplant Trust as her daughter has a friend in his twenties who has been helped by two kidney transplants.

"I've seen at first hand how a transplant can transform people's lives and so when I was approached to help promote The Transplant Star I was only too happy to help," said Sue.

"I hope the competition raises people's awareness of transplant issues and encourages them to sign the NHS Organ Donor Register. If anyone wants any of my bits when I go to tide them over until they can get newer ones they're welcome!"
