Whatlington
Church News: Next Sunday is the first in Advent and so the beginning of the approach of Christmas. The service at Whatlington will be at 09.30am with Advent hymns. The following Sunday, December 7th we have a special guest preacher, Sally Muggeridge. Some of you will know that Malcolm Muggeridge lies in the churchyard at Whatlington; Sally is his niece and President of the Malcolm Muggeridge Society. She is also a licensed Reader in the Church of England. The Society are kindly presenting Whatlington with an Organ edition of the new Hymns Ancient & Modern and we would invite people to come and join us and to hear Sally preach.
