Wick man in hospital after horror Horsham crash

A 24-YEAR-OLD Wick man is seriously ill in hospital after his car overturned in Horsham.

He was driving on the A264 Crawley Road, near Faygate Lane on Friday (July 24) morning at about 6.14am, when he lost control of his van.

He was taken to East Surrey Hospital by ambulance, suffering from shattered pelvis and broken ribs.

The road was closed in both directions for more than three hours, while West Sussex Fire and Rescue crews worked to release the man from his van.
