Winchelsea filmfirst screening

THE first screening of ‘The Diamond Jubilee Year in Winchelsea’, a film about life in the town during 2012 and the Jubilee celebrations, will be screened on Saturday, June 1 at 11am in the New Hall.

The film has been shot and edited by Entertainment Workshops, the Rye Harbour-based youth vocational training charity, who were adopted as the Winchelsea Diamond Jubilee Project. More than £4,000 was raised in support of EW’s work with youth.

Each household in Winchelsea will receive a DVD copy of the film.
