Winchelsea reveals its secret gardens

PEOPLE were able to admire beautiful gardens and explore medieval cellars when Winchelsea opened its ‘secret’ gardens to the public at the weekend.

Seven gardens were open as part of the National Gardens Scheme, which raises money for charities including Macmillan Cancer Support and Marie Curie Cancer Care. Home-made teas were served up at the New Hall.
