Witnesses sought after sexual assault at Bersted bus stop

Officers cordoned off the area following the reported attack which happened in the early hours.

At 3.48am, a motorist was flagged down by a woman who told him she had been attacked and a man was seen running away from the area.

House-to-house enquiries were carried out on Sunday and police are seeking further information from anyone who may have been linked with the attack.
