The Wivelsfield Youth Group: continues to provide indoor and outdoor activities under qualified supervision on alternate Tuesdays. Wivelsfield Historical Society AGM: will be held at 7.30 on Thursday 15 September followed at 8.00 pm. by a light-hearted quiz together with mulled wine and finger food.  Members £1, non-members £2.50.

Christmas Fayre: with festive refreshments will be held at Wivelsfield Village

Hall on the 2nd Dec: from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Stalls will include handbags, jewellery, fashion, christmas cards, produce, crafts and toys, festive floristry, raffle plus many more. For more information call 01444 482362 or 483407. In aid of Action Medical Research for Children:

Wivelsfield Community Club (The Tea Club): meet on the fourth Friday of each month in the Wivelsfield Village Hall between 2pm and 4.30pm for a get together with tea, homemade sandwiches, cakes and scones with cream. All welcome small membership fee of only 50p per year. Come along and meet new friends.

Wivelsfield Little Theatre Nativity: will be performed in the parish church from Sunday, November 27th until Thursday, December 1st. It is not the sort of nativity you might have seen or been in at school. It is a robust portrayal of the birth of Christ as seen by our mediaeval forebears. As such it is not suitable for children below top primary school age but it always delights adult audiences. Tickets are on sale at 01444 471751.

Wivelsfield Short Mat Bowls Club: Join us for exercise and fun in the village hall, Wivelsfield Green, Tuesday evenings at 7pm or Thursday afternoons at 2pm. Beginners welcome

Cafe Church: will take place this Sunday, 20th November at 9.30am in the village hall. Coffee and croissants served from 9 a.m. All welcome to this informal service with activities for children. 

Lunch Bunch: This is a drop-in lunch club for mums, dads, grannies and carers every Thursday from 12 noon to 2pm, in Wivelsfield church hall, Church Lane. Enjoy home-made soup and a roll while meeting new friends and chatting to old ones. Children are welcome (but not compulsory!) and lunch will be provided for them with play-helpers are on hand to entertain them while you lunch. Cost: £3 per adult, £1 per child, babies free.
