Woman falls from Worthing car park

An air ambulance has landed in Worthing after a woman fell from the Teville Gate car park this afternoon.

Police said emergency services were called to the Broadwater Road side of the car park around 2.45pm, where a woman was found at ground level having sustained serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.

She was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, according to police.
