Women's Day church service

Women in the Bognor Regis area will be joining millions around the world in prayer on March 7.

Some three million women will be taking part in this year's women's world day of prayer.

The first service in Bognor will be at 3pm at Our Lady of Sorrows RC Church in Clarence Road.

The speaker will be Kathleen O'Gorman.

The evening service is at 7.30pm at the United Reformed Church in Linden Road.

Mrs Mary Nagel will be the speaker.

The order of service has been prepared by the women of Guyana around the theme of God's wisdom provides new understanding.

Women have held some of the most senior public positions in Guyana in recent years but human trafficking and domestic violence remain problems.
