Worthing cat charity to open new shop

A TRUSTEE of a cat welfare charity has spoken of her delight at the opening of a new charity shop tomorrow (Friday, March 28).

The Worthing Cat Welfare Trust is opening its second charity shop in the Guildbourne Centre.

The mayor of Worthing, Bob Smytherman will be performing the official opening at 12.30pm.

Sue Lipman, a trustee of the charity, said: “Our members and supporters have been very supportive of our shop in South Street, Tarring but we are delighted that with the generous support of the Guildbourne Centre we will now have our second shop in the centre of town,”

The shop will be open Monday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
