Worthing is cool!
SO, Worthing's been voted the "worst place to grow up in Britain". By a third-rate alcopop company.
The makers of After Shock drink reckon the town's 15 undertakers and 50 old peoples' homes, compared to five nightclubs and two cinemas, "easily" make Worthing the place most likely to "induce boredom and despair in young adults". They even rated Bognor and Eastbourne ahead of us.
Well, they've got it wrong.
This week the Herald is supporting calls by local artist and poet Dan Thompson to boycott the revolting alcopop.
And at 22 a bottle in the shops and 2 a shot in the pubs, it shouldn't be too difficult.
