Today (Sunday, June 25), the Drumhead service was carried out, with veterans attending.

There was also a large contingent, around 70 people, from the Far East Prisoners of War Association.

Tom Wye, president of Worthing Combined Ex-Services Association, said: “The event was very well-attended and there were a lot of young people who came. It’s important to engage with young people on these sorts of occasions.”
