Worthing police officer accused of bribery
A SUSSEX Police officer, based in Worthing, and a 35-year-old woman from Littlehampton were arrested in connection with a suspected bribery offence.
The pair were arrested on Tuesday, November 11.
The police officer has been released on bail until January 6.
The 35-year-old woman has been released on bail until January 14, pending further enquiries.
The officer has been suspended from duty.
