Worthing taxi and teenage cyclist collide

A WORTHING road was closed after an accident involving a 15-year-old cyclist and a taxi yesterday evening (November 22).

The incident happened at 5pm on the southbound side of Chapel Road, close to Bunce’s hardware store.

The driver’s windscreen was damaged in the collision.

Police attended and taped off the scene, closing the southbound side of the road.

Police said the teenager was treated for minor injuries.
