Worthing woman injured in Brighton accident

The 52-year old woman was hurt after she was in collision with a Ford Focus as she walked along Church Place, Brighton, just before 7.30am.

She was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital with a suspected fractured ankle.

The driver, a local man, 63, was not injured.
