Wreaths recall the work of Bognor's founder
WREATHS were on laid on Monday on the grave of the founder of modern Bognor Regis.
The foliage marked the day in 1787 that Sir Richard Hotham laid the foundation stone of the first building for the seaside resort. The event was held by the town’s local history society.
