A wrestling night which was cut short by a fire will return to the Meridian Centre in Peacehaven on Saturday March 1.
The show will feature “Little Miss Dynamite” Erin Angel versus Ireland’s challenger Rhia O’Reilly.
It was meant to take place in October 2013 but was abandoned when a fire in another part of the complex forced the hall to be evacuated.
Fans have until January 31 to exchange their ticket stubs for the new date, after which tickets will go on general release.
The event is being organised by Premier Promotions and will raise money for the Peacehaven Mayor’s Local Project Fund.
A spokesperson for Premier Promotions said: “As well as the long-awaited clash of the girls, the show will also feature a Premier Wrestling Federation championship contest when local favourite Barry Cooper, from Brighton, will battle it out for the welterweight title currently held by Andy Boy Simmonz.
“Among the other stars in action will be one of the biggest men in British wrestling, James Kenna, who stands 6ft8 in his wrestling boots, the southern area heavyweight champion Kris Kay, and tag team partners Charlie Checkmate and Carl Brady, who were a big hit when they appeared at the Meridian’s Christmas fair.”
Tickets from the Information Office at the Meridian Centre, in Meridian Way.
The match was called off half an hour into the performance when a fire broke out at the Co-op in Peacehaven.
Firefighters from East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service were called to the supermarket in the Meridian Centre on Saturday October 19, 2013.
Peacehaven Town Council decided to stage the match again.
The new show starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets are available from the Information Office at the Meridian Centre, priced at £10 for adults, £9 for concessions and £36 for a family ticket for two adults and two children under 16.
