Yapton villagers urged to get their electric blankets checked
FIREFIGHTERS will be offering residents in Yapton free electric blanket testing later this week.
The event will be taking place at the Yapton and Ford Village Hall, in Main Road, on Wednesday (June 25).
Officers will be offering key safety advice on how to use the blankets throughout the day, from 9.30am until 4.30pm.
