LETTER: Reputations blackened

It was lucky I checked the references online before deciding not to recommend the leading hotels in Lewes.

Their reputations are blackened by the terrible complaints from unfortunate visitors, which they’ve registered online.

What can be done by your newspaper to improve this situation, or must Lewes suffer from being somewhere to avoid, and what would be the views of your readers?
