Youths are banned from leisure centre in Felpham

Youths have been banned from the Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham because of anti-social behaviour.

The action has been reported by a Felpham police community support officer Oliver Smith in response to complaints by Neighbourhood Watch members.

He says: "I have assisted in having some youths banned from the leisure centre and will be supporting any other businesses that wish to take action against antisocial behaviour in this way."

He has joined with PCSOs Clive Morge and Aaron Owen in patrolling around the centre and neighbouring Felpham Community College.

PCSO Smith has also made patrolling King George V playing field in Felpham a priority after reports of eggs being thrown at adjoining homes and cars in the area being damaged.
