Leading travel tour operator Titan opens bookings for 2021

One of the country’s leading tour operators Titan will restart all operations, including land tours, river and ocean cruises, from February.
Managing director of Titan Travel Andy Squirrell said: “Having kept in close communication with our customers throughout the lockdown period, we have listened to and understand the concerns some travellers have been feeling ahead of their upcoming holiday due to the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19.

Hide Ad“With this in mind, and acknowledging the fluidity of travel advice at this time, Titan has taken the decision to restart all operations from February 1 2021.
“By doing so, we hope to provide all customers with clarity and reassurance in Titan by not cancelling our tours at short notice whilst providing affected customers with a choice of next steps in advance to find the best solution for them.
“We’re confident that our new policies including Peace Of Mind, Flexi-Deposit and Protection Promise gives our customers the control, flexibility and assurance they seek to book and travel with confidence.
“Earlier this year we introduced our Peace Of Mind policy to provide customers with the option to postpone or transfer onto another holiday at a later date should they wish.

Hide AdThose who book with Titan will benefit from a number of its core policies including its Price Promise that protects early bookers by guaranteeing travellers the best price from the moment their deposit is paid. If Titan reduces the price after a booking has been made, it will contact customers to refund the difference in cash.
Customers can also choose to fly from their most convenient airport and still enjoy the same award-winning VIP door-to-door transfer service, free of charge.
Titan offers regional flights for customers in northern England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Hide AdTravellers booking under Titan’s Flexi-Deposit are able to amend their booking as many times as they like, at no extra cost, up to 75 days prior to departure should their situation or circumstances change.
Similarly Titan’s Peace of Mind policy has been introduced to provide travellers due to depart before February 2021 with the option and peace of mind to postpone their departure or transfer on to another holiday departing before January 31 2022, subject to availability, with no cancellation fee.
