This is what you can expect from the episodes, and everything else you need to know about the BBC Sport Relief Special.

A ‘deleted’ Line of Duty scene

Line of Duty fans can get their fix of DS Arnott, DI Fleming and Superintendent Hastings in this Sport Relief special.

The premise of the episode is that it is a ‘deleted scene’ from season five, with all three detectives seen interrogating DC Taylor, an accused corrupt cop played by Jason Isaacs. Arnott, Fleming and Hastings are sure that DC Taylor knows who the real ‘H’ is.

But it’s not just three officers against one, as DC Taylor is given representation to defend him against these allegations. Unfortunately for DC Taylor, this comes in the form of ineffective lawyer, David Rickman, who will be played by comedian Lee Mack.

What else is happening for Sport Relief 2020?

According to the BBC, Sport Relief 2020’s Night of Television “will serve up hilarious sketches giving the Sport Relief take on some of the country’s most loved programmes.”

Gary Lineker and Paddy McGuinness will be joined by the likes of Alex Scott, Oti Mabuse, Emma Willis, Tom Allen, Maya Jama and Rylan Clark-Neal.

As well as the Line of Duty and Killing Eve specials, you can also look forward to watching The Celebrity Boat Race, which will include teams from the BBC, ITV, Channel Four and Sky. A Round with Rom will see comedian Romesh Ranganathan invite Sir Andy Murray to join him on a mini golf course where, unlike regular golf tournaments, the loser will be subjected to personal forfeits.

The BBC said, “These are only some of the highlights as famous faces come together for sketches and live moments which see them being pushed out of their comfort zones to help raise money to tackle issues such as mental health stigma, domestic abuse, homelessness and child poverty, both in the UK and around the world.”

When is Sport Relief 2020 on and where can I watch it?

Sport Relief 2020 will be coming to your screens on Friday 13 March.

You’ll be able to watch it on BBC One, and it kicks off at 7pm.
