AMAZING COMEBACK
EGERTON Park have reached the last 32 in England after a superb comeback in the fours competition against a team from Preston at Wealden Bowling Club.
The quartet of Steve Nevard, Ernie Harris, Steve Sands and skip Trevor Monks trailed 10-3 after seven ends before hitting back to be level at 13-13 after 14.
A run of six unanswered shots clinched a 19-13 victory and a place at Melton & District BC on April 6.
