Ardingly retains schools crown

ARDINGLY College is celebrwting success after students in its skiing squad became Britain's Independent Schools' Ski and Snowboard Champions 2008.

Competing against such large schools as Wellignton College amd Stowe during the first week of the Christmas holidays in Les Deux Alpes, France, the squad successfully retained ots 2007 title.

Ardingly's first team won the parallel slalom and slalom races, with gold medals going to Alessio Balbo, Maria Pestalozza, Jennie Sloane, Tom Spector and Lawrence Hunton in the parallel slalom and Dan Draper and Will-Land Smith in the slalom.
