Junior and senior coaching takes place on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings, club tennis on Saturday afternoons, with team practice and league and friendly matches on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.

Arundel, who receive no financial assistance from the LTA, hope to add a fourth court and floodlights, to extend playing time in the winter.

Arundel chairman Alan Pyant said: "We feel we have something to offer everyone. The competent players wishing to play competitively, the young budding Wimbledon champions wanting to develop their game with professional coaching, or players simply looking for some social tennis in lovely surroundings."

Arundel have a special low membership rate for junior players up to 18 (39), with additional children from the same family paying only 20.

Young people up to 25 pay just 49, with the senior membership 98. In members' first year, all these prices are further discounted.
