Bexhill claim vital win
Goals in the final half hour from Benjie Symes, Lee Roberts and Darren Witham atoned for a below-par first half display and handed United victory from what bordered on a must-win game.
Manager Tony Monk said: "There was no continuity in our football at all in the first half. They rattled us physically and the midfield weren't doing their job. We had a little chat at half time and we asked the midfield players to create more space and spread the play which they did and that utilises the ability we've got."

With their tails up Bexhill hit the front two minutes later when East India Tandoori man of the match Roberts sped past two defenders before finishing via the far post and Ollie Leigh, who moments earlier spurned a great opening when clean through, was upended for a 79th minute penalty from which Witham made no mistake.
More good news came in the form of Dave Williams who figured prominently after coming off the bench on his long-awaited return from a life threatening arm injury. The former Rye & Iden United hitman underwent a four-hour operation in East Grinstead's hospital last September after slicing his arms to shreds by pushing open the door of a Camber pub.
Bexhill's contentment at the final whistle was tempered slightly by a first half in which they were harried out of their stride, resulting in Neighbour's lobbed finish on 37 minutes.
