Hard fought win for Arnold caps a successful year for Horsham Boxing Club

Arnold traveled to Hayes in Middlesex to compete against home boxer Ryan Walsh in a bout taken at the last minute due to Walshs’ planned opponent getting injured a few days before the show.

In his 13th contest Arnold, started fast and hurt his stocky opponent with a body shot early in the first round which both winded and slowed Walsh down in front of a partisan home crowd.

If the home boxer hoped that his Horsham based foe would tire, he was to be disappointed as Arnold continued to throw lots of punches and kept busy through out the fight to end up a worthy unanimous points victor.

Horsham Boxing Club goes into the festive break on the back of a great home show and is looking for new members to join in the New Year.
