BRIDGES STUNNED BY WICK

FOUR second-half goals gave Wick victory at Three Bridges on Tuesday night after three successive league defeats.

Wick boss Andy Gander's new strike partnership of Danny Curd and Tom Manton '” first tried at Crowborough on Saturday '” got all four goals between them, with two each.

Gander had told his side to be patient, and after Bridges had dominated posession but not created chances, Wick's opportunities started to come. Manton shot wide a one-on-one chance and Lee Howard and Pete Christodoulou had efforts saved by Bridges' keeper Alan Mansfield.
