Toby won the under-14 title at Coxmoor last summer and is a member of the England under-16 training squad for this year.

Last year he carded the best round of the tournament to win the English Boys' Under-14 Open Stroke Play Championship at Coxmoor.

His closing 71 for 145, one under par, gave him a two-stroke winning margin from Yorkshire's Will Whiteoak, with three players a further shot back on 148.
