Priory’s first away game in the Sussex Cricket League Premier Division will be against Horsham - where they ended the 2011 and 2013 campaigns - seven days later.

After a summer in which their shortest away trip was to Brighton, Priory can look forward to a quartet of local derbies next year now that Bexhill and Eastbourne have been promoted back to the top flight.

Two of those matches will be on the final two weekends of the season, with a home game against Bexhill rounding things off on September 6 after the previous Saturday’s trip to Eastbourne.

Priory will host Eastbourne on June 28 and go to Bexhill on July 5. The match against the Sussex Development XI will take place at Horntye Park on Sunday July 20.

Under the captaincy of George Campbell, Priory achieved a very good fourth place finish in 2013 and won the Gray-Nicolls Sussex T20 Cup by seeing off Eastbourne at the BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground.
