Goring captain Sam Botham said: “It was great to be back playing after such a long time off.
“The boys have been itching to get back to it, so I was delighted to start our campaign off with a dominant performance at home to Pagham.
“Nearly all of the bowlers took a share of the wickets which was pleasing, and myself and Dan Pittham shared a fun partnership together to knock off the runs in good time.
“We look forward to the start of the league campaign on Saturday v Worthing.”
