VIDEO: Australia’s Steve Smith at Arundel

TEST cricketer Steve Smith was amongst a number of big Australian names that were in action at Arundel Castle Cricket Club at the start of the week.

The two-day Australia A fixture got underway on Monday morning where a Darren Lehmann XI took on a Troy Cooley XI.

The sides were captain by Test cricketers Brad Haddin and Smith as the Australian side embarked on their first match of a tour of the British Isles ahead of The Ashes.

The match was between a high-quality group of youngsters, chosen by the Australian national selection panel, along with well-know players such as Moises Henriques, Nathan Lyon, Ryan Harris, Peter Sidldle and James Pattinson.
