The Sharks will be looking to get off the mark in the 50-over competition against opponents Durham, who have one win to their name so far but have played a game more.

Sussex welcome back Luke Wright to the squad for the first time since his record-breaking knock of 153 not out in the NatWest T20 Blast, as the Sharks made a world-record chase to beat Essex. A side strain kept him out of the first two matches of the One-Day Cup but he is included in the squad today.
