England hockey veterans get Chichester test

As the hockey season approaches, Chichester vets teams hosted two warm-up matches for England’s over-65s.

The European Championships took place at Southgate, Middlesex, and to get into shape for the event, they played two games in the city.

A spritely Chichester side took the first game 4-3, with England winning by the same score a day later.
