Manager Dominic Di Paola says he is happy with his summer signings and envisages a quiet couple of weeks.

Any more additions are likely to come in pre-season with trialists and other players that become available.

Di Paola said: “I think we are pretty much there now. I don’t think there will be much more news in the next couple of weeks to be honest.

“We will not have that much going on now until pre-season starts in a couple of weeks.

“I am relatively happy that we kept the majority and have managed to sign three or four - a couple with potential and a couple with experience, that’s what we wanted.”

On the addition of former Worthing and Peacehaven man Lawley, Di Paola added:“Tom is a good right midfielder and can play up front. He is quick and has experience. He has scored in the Sussex Senior Cup final and won it, and won Ryman South.

“He is a bit more of a winger than Kieron Pamment, who is more of a striker, so that gives us a couple more formations.

“He adds a bit more experience of this level. I thought it was important that we got two or three more players in that know this level and have a bit more know-how of the league.”
