Feast of runs in the sunshine

RUNS were aplenty in the sun in the East Sussex Cricket League fixtures on Saturday.

The blitzed visitors were dismissed for 160 and Seaford moved within 15 points of Ringmer at the top of division one after the leaders lost by 122 runs at Iden.

Joe Adams hit a career-best 171 as champions Glynde had a welcome league win at Crowhurst Park, and Ian Cox hammered 150 not out for Heathfield Park in the drawn game with Barcombe.
