Fontell Park opens new grandstand

FONTWELL Park, the only figure of eight jump racecourse in the country, has unveiled its new multi-million pound Premier Grandstand sponsored by new888sport.

888sport is part of the FTSE listed 888.com, the global online casino, poker and sports betting company. 888 sport and Fontwell Park have signed a three year agreement.

Construction work started one year ago and the stand opened for the first time to the public for the Ladies Evening meeting last week.

The 888sport Premier Grandstand is a 6.5m project which boasts a fantastic new race day and non-race day experience through a wide range of luxury facilities for use 365 days a year including:

A panoramic hospitality suite/restaurant for more than 300+ people;

Twelve top floor hospitality boxes with excellent views over the racecourse;

New public catering, betting and seating facilities in a spacious ground floor hall;

1000 square metres of space on two floors for conference and banqueting;

The racecourse will now offer one of the biggest function suites for weddings and parties on the South Coast with room for 300+ guests.

There is conference space for more than 600 delegates over two floors with 12 breakout rooms. The venue will be ideal for exhibitions, fairs, business to business events and presentations.
