Fontwell set for first evening racing of 2016 - preview and tips

A seven-race card begins at 4.50pm and continues until 8.05pm.

After racing there is live music with a 1990s theme as Take That Experience head a Rewind at the Races party hosted by Spirit FM.

With 76 runners across the seven races, there promises to be some competitive action.

The top-rated race of the night is the Wirsol Energy Ltd Handicap Hurdle at 7pm, which has ten runners including Jonjo O’Neill’s Rock N Rhythm and Warren Greatrex’s Good Of Luck.

Spirit FM’s presence at the racecourse is to celebrate their 20th birthday.

Three presenters – Stuart McGinley, Kate Goddard and Ian Crouch – will be on stage playing 90s dance tunes.
