Albion 1-1 Millwall

The Argentine struck his fourth goal in five games as the Seagulls drew 1-1 with Millwall.

The late goal cancelled out Martyn Woolford’s poked effort after a neat spell of possession early in the second half from the Lions.

But they were reduced to 10 men in the 77th minute after Alan Dunne received his second booking for a foul on Andrea Orlandi.

The Spaniard was introduced at half time and gave the Seagulls a much needed lift after a shambolic first half, and it was his clever piece of skill which lured Dunne into a clumsy challenge despite the defender already being on a booking for time-wasting.

Soon after, Orlandi’s whipped free kick was headed home by Ulloa in what looked to be the leveller, but referee Bobby Madley ruled the goal out for a push.

The numerical advantage allowed substitute LuaLua to use his pace to exploit the gaps behind the Millwall defence and after bursting forward on the wing his drilled cross was fizzed in by Ulloa, who had made space for himself at the far post.

The 89th minute goal leaves Albion unbeaten in three games but sees Millwall searching for their first win of the league season.
