Albion will be looking for their third victory on the spin on Saturday afternoon as they entertain Millwall at the Amex.

Oscar Garcia picked up his first three points as Seagulls boss in the away trip to Birmingham a fortnight ago and followed it up with a 2-0 win at home to Burnley last Saturday.

This weekend’s visitors are in a bit of a slump of late and a win for Steve Lomas’s men may alleviate some of the pressure from the Irishmen’s back.

Team News

Andrea Orlandi has had a setback with his knee injury but could still be involved in Saturday’s clash, whereas Ashley Barnes (knee) and Keith Andrews (hamstring) both look likely to feature in the squad.

Craig Mackail-Smith (Achilles), Bruno (hamstring), Liam Bridcutt (hernia) and Will Hoskins (knee) are all still sidelined.

The Lions are hoping that David Forde and Liam Trotter will both be ready to take part in the tie, but they will be without Steve Morison after the striker underwent a hernia operation.

Jermaine Easter and Dany N’Guessan are both doubtful.

The Seagulls have now won back to back games to nil, and have climbed to 10th in an early Championship table.

Millwall picked up their first point of the season away at Sheffield Wednesday last weekend thanks to a late Andrew Keogh penalty but were beaten 2-1 in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday in their game at Nottingham Forest.

Players to watch

Leonardo Ulloa (Albion)

The Argentine has been the spearhead of the Seagulls side so far and has struck three goals in four games. Ulloa has had 13 shots so far this season and claimed an assist against Burnley last time out.

Richard Chaplow (Millwall)

The former Southampton midfielder has been one of the rare highlights so far this season for the London outfit and has kept things ticking in the middle. Chaplow has attempted 61 passes in his four appearances so far this season and has personally stripped the opposition of possession on six occasions.
