Bosham urge young teams to join summer six-a-side

Bosham FC have revelaed plans for a six-a-side youth tournament on July 22 and 23.

The tournament – taking place at Chichester High School playing fields – is open to under-sevens through to under-15s, using a group game format followed by semi-finals and finals for under-nines upwards.

Friendly fixtures will take place for under-sevens and eights which will be seven-a-side. All competitions adhere to FA rules and are fully insured.

Squads for under-sevens and eights can be up to ten players, with under-nines and above naming up to eight players.

Bosham are now inviting teams to book their place - which you can do at www.boshamfc.co.uk - entry is £25 per team.

Teams are urged to apply at the earliest opportunity for the weekend of football fun as some age groups may be over-subscribed.

Closing date for entries – including payment in full – is Saturday, May 27.

Organisers are also seeking local business support for the event – you can get your business logo on the front of the event programme, given to all on arrival, pitch perimeter exposure and naming across all winner trophies and medals.
