It has been an interesting summer so far for Brighton and manager Graham Potter. On Friday they recruited Lars Dendoncker, while they have been linked with a host of players to potentially improve the side ahead of the new campaign.

Philippe Coutinho was reportedly at Arsenal’s training ground on Friday to discuss a shock move from Barcelona. The Brazilian has struggled since leaving Liverpool to really kick on and spent last season on loan at Bayern Munich. He has also been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, Leicester and Newcastle. (Express)
Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has issued a plea to star midfielder Thiago Alcantara to stay at the club amidst speculation with a link away. Liverpool are favourites to sign the 29-year-old who has entered the final year of his contract. (Mirror)
Kasper Schmeichel has emerged a target for Chelsea this summer to replace Kepa Arrizabalaga. The Leicester City ace would prefer a move to Manchester United, following in his dad’s footsteps.
