Manchester City predicted lineup vs Brighton - Big name absence confirmed by Guardiola

Brighton will be fully aware of the size of the task they will be facing when they travel to the Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City on Wednesday evening.

Pep Guardiola’s side are in a rich vein of form, and will be looking to close the gap on the top of the table with a win.

City have had a plethora of absences in recent weeks, but should have a number of key talents back in contention for a starting spot against the Seagulls.

In a press conference on Tuesday, the Spanish boss confirmed that Raheem Sterling had been passed fit after a recent scare, but also revealed that Aymeric Laporte and Nathan Ake are injured, while star striker Sergio Aguero and youngster Cole Palmer are isolating after coming into contact with people who have tested positive for Coronavirus.
