How Brighton performed in the Premier League in terms of wages compared to rivals

The wages on offer to Premier League players are staggering. Every football fan knows that and have largely come to accept that. The wages of clubs can be a useful measurement in terms of value for money and also an indication as to which managers are getting the best out of their squad and the budget they possess.

Using figures collected in the global sports salaries survey published in 2019, Sporting Intelligence were able to calculate the pounds per points per player in basic wages following the end of the Premier League. Essentially how much each player earned in a basic wage for every point the team collected.
