Brighton confirm squad numbers for the new season

Albion have confirmed their squad numbers for the new season, with Shane Duffy and Jurgen Locadia both changing their number.

Duffy is now number 4, having been 23 since he joined the club from Blackburn in August, 2016.

Locadia, who joined from PSV Eindhoven in January, has changed to number 9 from 25.

Of the summer arrivals, club record signing Alireza Jahanbakhsh will wear 16, Florin Andone is 10, Yves Bissouma is eight, Leon Balogun is 14, Jason Steele is 23, David Button is 27 and Bernardo is 30.

With Andone taking number 10, Tomer Hemed is now number 25.
