Looking ahead to the upcoming matches, Dunk said: “We’re in the fourth round of the FA Cup, so if we win that one there will still be some teams you’d want to draw in the next round.

“We’ll look to have a good little cup run and I can imagine an FA Cup final being an amazing experience.

“We’ll focus on the cup for now but after that we’ve got three massive games. They are the games we’ve got to win if we want to stay where we are in the league.

“We’ll focus on them, keep working hard and see what happens.”

On aims for the rest of the Premier League campaign, Dunk said: “First and foremost, we’ve got to get enough points on the board.

“People say we’re a small side in this league but I feel our squad is good enough to be a mid-table side.

“We’ve got to make sure we get our safety secured, keep pushing on and finish as high up the table as we can.”
